You will receive a booking confirmation by email once your transfer has been arranged.
The driver will be waiting for you outside the baggage claim area 30-40 minutes after your plane lands. They will have a placard in hand with your name on it. Please note: the driver will have a real-time update of the flight’s arrival time and will take into account any delays to ensure he arrives at the airport exactly 30-40 minutes after your plane lands, whenever that may be.
If he does not meet you by 30 minutes following their arrival, you will receive a call from them on your mobile phone. Please make sure your mobile phone is switched on as soon as you exit the aircraft.
Following this, he will wait a further 60 minutes for your exit from the baggage claim area. If you do not appear by then, he will be obliged to consider the transfer as cancelled.
If you are facing significant delays at immigration or baggage claim, please ring Xpedite on +44 (0) 208 453 1555. Inform the company of your situation and advise them to instruct the driver to continue waiting for your exit.
Terms and Conditions
This service is only available one-way. Delegates can choose either to be picked up from the airport prior to the commencement of their course or taken back to the airport at the end of the training.
This service is only available for destinations within the following post codes:
- SL1 – SL4, SL9
- SW1, SW3, SW5 – SW7,SW10, SW13 – SW15
- UB1 – UB10
- W1 – W14
- HA0 – HA6, HA9
- NW2, NW6, NW8 – NW10
Only one piece of checked luggage will be accepted and must comply with standard airline carriage dimensions.
