Overview

Soft skills are an essential element for any professional wishing to stand out from the crowd for the right reasons, including their ability to communicate in an articulate fashion, motivate others, and handle difficult people with confidence. Supervisory Skills is a highly practical course which has been designed to help supervisors who are new to the role and wish to get a head start, or assist those who are looking to refresh their skills especially in areas such as verbal communication, time/stress management, assertiveness, decision-making, and problem-solving. Training in supervisory skills takes place over a 5-day period in which participants can truly immerse themselves into a focused environment to discuss the topics on hand, get involved in a wide range of activities and find solutions to specific challenges they may have been facing in the workplace.
