The curriculum covers the strategic choices which lie before forward-looking organisations - developments in corporate computing; agile techniques; common mistakes and challenges; opportunities and risks; and decision frameworks. The course also includes management information requirements and their application. Finally the programme looks at areas of IT development and how this may impact organisations in the future and relate to IT strategies and planning.
