This course provides an in-depth study into better selling. Sales could be just a transactional numbers game, however it is far better in the long-term to position it as consultative selling by leveraging strategy and relationships. By learning better sales skills, participants will be able to manage accounts better and to develop them into more profitable initiatives and partnerships. In this course attendees will learn the elements that feed into, and support, the sales effort such as marketing, branding, operations and interpersonal skills - and integrate those areas into their sales approach.

By becoming better at defining and understanding customer needs and creating solutions, delegates will add value to their businesses. They will learn to use market, product and competitor knowledge to gain an advantage and carve out the best solutions for clients. Participants will also learn essential techniques to deepen the commitment of existing clients and open up new business opportunities. In this popular training course, attendees will create a personal development plan and receive coaching throughout the course through practical exercises. They will learn to pitch with greater confidence thereby helping to win more business, and receive feedback from experienced practitioners to help transform their sales performance.
