His industry experience has included leading and managing teams within a retail environment and remotely across the UK. He has since established his own training consultancy business which has proved very successful. He designs and delivers a variety of courses from leadership, team and project management, time and diary management, to sales skills and complaint handling, for both large corporate audiences and on a 1:1 coaching and mentoring basis. He believes training should be fun and engaging and values a practical and hands-on approach.
