Course Overview

  • It is true that some people are natural born leaders possessing more talent for leadership than others. Yet becoming a great leader does not come down to merely talent, but more so skills that have been developed by the individual over time. In this training course, participants will learn exactly why anybody with the right drive, attitude and mindset can become a great leader. Learners will find themselves immersed in a highly practical and interactive environment over the 5 days, discussing areas such as what makes an effective leader, the fundamentals of motivation, and how to get the best out of teams.
